Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word 'YUJ' which means 'to join' or 'to Unite' yoga connects the body mind and breath it uses physical posters, breathing exercises, pranayama and meditation to improve over all health of body and mind as well as development of spiritual and emotional health.
