RangManch Club
Clubs provide opportunities for the young learners to participate in activities, interact with peers in a supervised setting, and form relationships with their teachers. The Performing Arts Club at Laurel High not only gives a platform for the students to become good theatre artists but also helps them enhance their euphonious and dancing skills. Such skills play a key role in child development and higher achievements. The children become more proficient in reading, writing and arithmetic. They learn to take instructions from adults and respect the authority. We also focuss on the development of self-presentation skills as a child must learn how to present himself or herself in front of an audience, be it big or small. Participation in such activities further allows a growth of their self-esteem and confidence, developing poise and learning to overcome anxieties. Performing arts are also about social interaction and cooperation. It enhances the overall growth and development of a child.
